How weighted are my reports?

Ever since my birthday on Monday, I have turned over a new leaf. I no longer use chat in game (except for one game where I slipped up and said 'gj' after a successful gank and another one where I said 'ward' as I prepared to make a teleport play.. sorry...). Instead, I focus on winning and watching for negative behavior that I can report.

You leave the game? Bam. Reported.

You have an offensive summoner name? Bam, reported.

You flame the team? Bam, reported.

You flame a flamer? Bam, reported.

You tell me to "report xxx for being toxic"? Bam, they're reported, and bam, you're reported too.

Even if I don't agree that something should be reportable (saying "report xxx"), I will still report for it. This last game I played, I reported all four members on my team for negative behavior/unsportsmanlike conduct (two got into a big fight with each other which spilled over to the other two as well.. Not me though, since I don't use chat anymore..). Additionally, one member of the other team had an offensive summoner name, which he was reported for, and another one told us to "report xxx for toxic" so I reported both of them.. 8 of the 10 summoners were reported by me that game, for legitimate reasons. However, I worry that by fully utilizing the report system, I will begin to lose weight on my reports, because of the sheer quantity...
