Banned account still gets surveys

I just got a perma on this account yesterday but as of today I'm still receiving surveys about my thoughts on the state of Normal Draft ( I imagine this has to do with the front page Reddit post)

Does that mean my account is eligible to be un-perma banned?

no. head into your settings on the banned account and uncheck "receive news and offers from Riot Games"
