Please fix the report system, I just get chat restricted for such minor things.

I can understand that I was making rude comments, but come on now. I see people telling others to kill theirselves, add them, and see them continue to play, but I get punished for shit like this? I honestly feel like quitting League because Riot can't actually read the logs their selves, it's unfair for players who devote their time and money and rely on a computer to determine punishments on a players account.

Punishment is based on severity and frequency. Every single VALID reported game will be added to your account history. Once you've reached a certain amount of toxicity on your account, you will reveive punishment based on your current pumishment tier.

Each valid reported game will have certain amount of toxicity meter. If you were being particularly and SEVERLY toxic and use zero tolerance word, you will get a very big toxic meter added to your account and most of the time will push you to immediate punishment. If you were only being mildly negative or toxic like these logs, your account will only receive a small amount of toxic meter and you will not get punishment. However, as you continue to stack on more and more of these mild valid reported games, you will reach a point where your account toxic history will trigger a punishment.

Keep in mimd that these are only SAMPLES of your valid reported games. If I have to guess, you have many, many, mamy mildly valid reported games that culminate into this punishment. Do not tunnel vision into just these 2 games because the system take into account ALL your historical valid reported games and only able to show you a few random historical logs.

You can't call for reports. And you don't have to. The automated system kicks in whether it's 1 report or 9. Assuming these logs are complete, the other harassing was probably minor enough to squeak by. BUt then no one knows how lenient/strict the system is nor what words/phrases it looks for.
