Honestly, most times people are not even trying to hide they are trolling, because they know that they are safe as long as they stay nice in chat, and when they manage to make someone snap on them, their victims are more likely to get punsihed than they are...

they do, its a little harder to catch than toxic chat, but its a straight 14-day ban when it happens.

It also happens in waves as they want to make sure it is really appening and not just someone being bad.
