Since no one seems to care about banners...
I suggest Riot goes 180 degrees with the idea. Give toxic players a "negative attitude" banner.

Or, here's a novel idea: we can just ban them forever! The banner will just be replaced by another summoner, since they won't be able to play with their toxicity!
but then I'd be rewarded for toxicity. It would encourage me to be more toxic to get the banner
right, because what we need is a witch hunt
