Question regarding the chat restrictions/strike system

So just throwing it out onto the floor, I was a toxic player for quite a few games, basically just already throwing in the towel, saying we were going to lose and ff early even telling people they were stupid trying to have fun in the game. As a result I’ve been hit with a 10 game chat restriction and realistically speaking that was more than we’ll deserved as a punishment.

Which brings me to this question, after the ten games are all said and done and there’s no more toxic attitude of any kind does it stay with the persons profile forever or do they give some leeway if you show you’ve changed and become an hornorable/good member? And just to note this isn’t me trying to game the system or brown nose people into getting out trouble, I have full intentions of wading through the punishment, I just want to know the answers and get a better understanding.

Over time, playing with nothing but positive behavior / no punishments will cause you to drop punishment tiers. It's something that takes quite a bit of time (a few to several months of positive behavior on average), but it's doable. That's not to say it'll take you that long to build honor back up, but for the strikes, it takes a while to drop down tiers. It won't stick with you forever (though it's better that you just never get in trouble again anyways, so it shouldn't matter :P)
