When is riot going to get serious about player behavior

I've been playing this game for years now (i think since late season 2). I remember the tribunal and LOL being considered the most toxic game one could play. I remember hating the behavior of my team and the community in general. But when is riot going to do something significant about it. I still have game after game where I get someone who griefs, AND ADMITS TO IT IN CHAT! why are we letting players like this still play the game. Its one thing to be passively toxic (still not at all okay) but its another thing to just be a dick and rub it in the face of your team mates.

Another thing that's really not helping, Riot made it less clear what is and isn't toxic. A little while ago riot changed the re portable categories at the end of the game and it created more ambiguity than it cleared anything up. There are people that are ruining experiences for other people and they genuinely believe they are doing nothing wrong. Its just their "bad team mates." Riot needs to actually institute real corrective action. Riot stop assuming that the community knows the difference between right and wrong because clearly after 10 years the community is still toxic and ruins the game.

Nip this crap in the bud the first instance it happens. Tell the player why it was wrong and what to do next time. These cheap "rewards" that your trying to condition people to behave are not working (if someone wants to troll they don't think "oh no i will lose my honor!" Players realize that one or two reports here and there aren't going to do anything to their account so they do push the envelop when they feel like being an ass. The system you have in place just does not do ANYTHING to improve player behavior.

Ive read rioters saying things like its impossible to weed out bad eggs, but they are a really small portion of the players. This does not seem to be true when 3/4 games I get trolls and asshats on my team. And no its not hard to weed them out, riot just isn't even trying to fix it!

the sad fact is Riot won't really get serious until getting serious would be profitable. Which it would not be. These problem people are still spending money on the game, and Riot will take a problem person who spends money over a non-problem person who doesn't any day. Removing all these problematic money spenders would lose Riot money, so they want to keep them.

Pretty said that I'm getting downvoted because I don't want to play with toxic people.... That's some funny shit.

Being negative and derailing the game is pretty damn clear.
