Can I report people for adding me and then being toxic?

I have print screens of a guy who added me after a game, said some very toxic things (drink bleach, your mother should've swallowed you, etc), and promptly blocked me.

Is this reportable, are printscreens good enough evidence, and how would I report such a thing?

Yes, you can submit the screenshots in a support ticket.

So, turns out people can say anything they want as long as it's not in game or lobby :/
