Look like some people are complaning about me not playing "support", yet I see many adc nor ad nor carrying and maining "fontain". I only hear complain from enemy team or social media like reddit and discord. Is that a thing?
So what you're saying is you intentionally threw a game and are gloating about being cool?
The person is simply not telling the truth.
First of all, there's multiple other vision items.
Second of all, buying one of the vision items (SS/upgrades) is not a requirement for support. It's your choice if you're the support. If you wanna drop money on control wards and are effective at using them? So be it.
However, refusal to cooperate and improve vision can be a part in a determination you "refused to play your role". But you most likely wouldn't get banned just for not warding.

Not building sightstone is merely putting you at a disadvantage. It's not a punishable offense though. Don't believe salty people on the internet. Just go read the summoners code. (It says nothing about sightstone)
It's not reportable. You could go full ad Blitzcrank if you felt like it. It may hurt your team though. But you cannot get banned just for going against the Meta. That was in their rules about reporting that they used to have (maybe still have?) Just have fun.
