Why is it when i report racists they never get penalized?

Hey Homie, the reporting or name & shaming of players on the boards isn't allowed as per the Universal Rules, so I've removed your link. Your reports do matter, and players get penalized severely for the use of hate speech like this, but you do not always get a notification of what punishments they receive. Please continue to use the post-game reporting for this sort of behavior; I assure you that Riot does ban for this quite frequently.

I can pretty clearly see his name. You should delete this post or modify it. Submitting a post game report should be sufficient.
Riot has a zero tolerance policy on racism. Plenty of racists get banned all the time going by these boards alone
