Perma Banned?

A while back, I think like a week ago possible a little more, I got a notification that I got a 14 day suspension. Okay, fine... so I just, didn't play the game for a while. Today I thought I'd check when I can play again, I go to log in and I get the message "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details."

-Haven't even tried to log in since the 14 day suspension -No 'additional details' in my email

Might be a security issue, like you got hacked during your 14-day ban. Or perhaps your offense for a 14-day ban was SO egregious that it was manually escalated to a perma, which I've seen once in a rare while.

Either way, submit a support ticket for help. You'll either get your account back or get a better explanation for why you can't have it.

Two things could have happen.

First is someone probably manually reviewed your case while it was under the 14 day ban and decided that you probably went overboard and up to the next punishment tier.

Or two, like others have said it's a security issue.

Either way you should contact Support to get any type of detailed information about the issue!

Only way I know of to get a 14 into an immediate perma is to use zero tolerance phrases two games in a row (as in, you're still playing when the first ban would hit, then when you relog, the second one hits)

or just dont do things to get banned? this problem wont be a thing
