Leaver Penalty

I couldn't think of any other name for the title that wasn't too long, as me getting a leaver penalty isn't the point of this post. I took that penalty gladly. What I am making this post about, is the fact that we can have a worthless, toxic PoS in our match who goes off telling people how useless they are, telling them to "Uninstall this game and never play it again because you are so worthless" and spams calling them retarded by posting one letter at a time like

And so on. I report this person, as I should. I move on to the next match, que up for support, I get my position, OH AND LOOK WHO IS ON MY TEAM, THE SAME TOXIC POS THAT I JUST REPORTED AND EVEN BLOCKED.

So go figure when I pick Nami, their first move? Ban Nami.

Are there like 10 total people playing the game right now? Is that why I am being qued with these people? Why am I allowed to be qued with people I have not only blocked, but REPORTED. You don't think that kinda sounds stupid? Like, do you seriously not think that in this extremely toxic community, that someone who acted in a way that drove you to reporting them, isn't going to try and troll and harass you when they get qued on your team again?

Yeah, I took the leaver penalty. Better than play with them.
