Can't handle this community anymore

After 1000's of games I just found my breaking point. Just recently played in gold elo with a person who played aurelion sol support when I'm adc vayne against an ashe bard bot. After losing lane I get told to kill myself by aurelion sol, and then ahri defends him. It's too much. Too much negative attitude, too much verbal abuse for a video game. I just want to play without having to read that before i decide to mute. Not knowing if he will get banned or not is what made me decided to quit this game. I could look up his summoner name for a few days to see if he ended up getting banned but whats the point. Riot doesn't want to provide transparency or let us know our reports actually do something, and the toxicity never decreases or at least feels like it.
