Just played with a insanely toxic player and his duo friend. One afks because he has to eat. I say don't play ranked if you can't stay the whole game. His duo friend proceeds to non stop harass, and afks in base. Is there a way to get him perma banned faster?
Uberfrag1 votesall you can do is report them and hope riot punishes them for it. If this is something they frequently do then they will be banned, if it isn't then riot will do nothing.

Well, try to ignore it. It is very likely you will never see him again, and if you do he will probably behave differently to you.
