So why are players who are telling everyone to "kys" not being insta banned?..

I've been seeing this more and more lately, players just flat out blatantly saying it and other stuff (racist/hateful) even after one non-malicious caution ping or asking for a mia or something

and they say it like its so non-concerning/funny to them, that it's clear theyre this toxic almost every game.. yet.. ive looked some of them up, hours after half the match (cus all chat) reports them, and see that theyre all still playing. probably not even a chat restrict.. and MOST of the time, theyre actually main accounts, that have played since s3

would be nice if riot would follow through on their "this is an instant ban" policy for once. fucking. ever. this kind of thing is absolutely unacceptable.. i dont care who you are, or what kind of bad day you're having or how fucking funny you think it is, you don't tell another human being to go kill themselves.

and its unacceptable that riot isn't enforcing their own policies on it. players like this do not deserve to be a part of this community, and they need to be instant banned every time its said, no excuses.

You realize this sub board has a lot of posts that would disagree with you, right? Plenty of punished players from the system.

I reported someone who told his adc to kys and then took his farm all game. Instant feedback right after the next game.

I got permabanned.. On my new account im not gonna say much and report any legitimate time so I can drag people down with me.

You have a sort of report reliability when it comes to your reports. For example my friends tend to just report anything and everything, however i only report people who are extremely racist or things like that. Possibly you just have a lot of reports that didnt have a reason for a ban. Not sayint this is the case but it might be the reason
