Yes I have a same problem, but this guy he Trolled , and tried to kill us , he said that he been doing this for months , and nothing happen to him , his name was [REMOVED BY MODERATION] I have pics of him prove that he say those words. Can you help me report him ? And what can I do ?

These types of people are awful and unfortunately overly present in League so I feel your pain.

But to answer your actual question in a slightly snarky way: No you don't have to play with these people. You could just... not play League?
