Get into queue...nice. Get champ you want, picks & bans you want...nice. Teammate dodges.

On Nemesis mode. Seriously.
Look..if they click accept for the queue they need to be given some kind of afk penalty. NOT a stupid timer to keep them out of the game they didn't want to play anyways.....really..what kind of dumb punishment is that?

It's a gamemode that let's the other team pick ur champ.. of course people will dodge more often than other gamemodes.
What do you expect Riot to do other than make them wait to get back into queue? They can't take away lp.
It's taken like 20 minutes some times to get a game going before people quit at the last second during nemesis
Nemesis and One for All are the two game modes where dodging should be acceptable (but still frowned upon) becuase there are people who dont bother to read the description of the game mode before going in.

I personally dont like people who dodge in any game mode. I got stuck in a troll One for All game once, had to play 5 man soraka, it was fun but only because we thought that we couldnt win, it stopped being fun as soon as we realised we could because then everyone started to take the game seriously except the two trolls that picked soraka. We lost after **AN HOUR **of playing because the two trolls thought it would be funny to try to steal the elder dragon (as soraka). It was just a big waste of time and I honestly do wish that someone would have dodged.
