Need Help ASAP Please!

So I have been playing with this person who was extremely disgusting to everyone in the game, telling people to kill themselves and other insults. I reported him, but I want to send a support ticket as well. I must have my e-mail verified but my e-mail address didn't get a link even though I tried to resend it. Is there any other way to contact someone from Riot? This guy must be banned. The things he said went beyond bullying. I have thick skin and I can deal with it, but what if he meets someone who doesn't have the confidence enough to deal with words like that (not trying to sound arrogant)? I dont want to spell his name out, since that is probably not the right way to do it, but still, I need to contact someone of Riot immediatly. People like these need to be banned immediatly.
