It's 0.006% of all accounts, meaning that it even includes accounts that became inactive after a few games.

Considering that there are quite a lot of accounts created every day, that number could actually be true.

Gotta include every single bot account that’s created, and they probably don’t count bot accounts that are banned. They are just making themselves look good.
