Plays a new champion, gets reported for playing bad.
You can't even buy a new champion and expect to do bad without people reporting your ass... .really. Like is there a reason people don't report you for?

Baseless supports won't stick, so don't sweat it.
That said, I hope you didn't "try out a new champion" in a ranked game. That's not necessarily reportable, but I'd sympathize with the desire to report it anyway.
If that is really what happened there is no reason to care. The only thing their report did was reduce the value of their future reports.
This is how I got banned actually... One game I tilt... 3 weeks later first time Ryze with a salty 4man premade and there goes the acc.
they can report you for anything :)
but whether you'd be punished is a separate matter.
If you said anything in chat. Anything at all. The system could flag you.
How do you know they actually reported you?
