Most of these insults are directed toward the religion (it's an usual thing in italy and people don't hate you for it, unless they're a fanatic), and towards enemy players. These chat logs were written only in the team chat where Euforico was speaking with his friend (which isn't me). Now. Can people in the team feel insulted if you insult other people? Other than the supposing fact that they didn't understand anything Euforico was saying, and there was someone who kept telling him to speak in english (and he was probably the one who reported Euforico) and that Euforico muted his entire team other than his friend so he didn't go into any trouble (he had already gotten a 14 day ban and until now, for 3 months, he muted everyone to not rage), can one report another if they weren't the one getting insulted? The only thing, only, that had something to do with the team is "they've got a jungler". All the other insults to the enemy champions (which they didn't hear) are: religious, f*g and bastard. The only ones who might have gotten insulted are, fanatic religious people and gay people.
