Hell, fuck, shit. Notice how I'm not directing these as insults towards anyone. "What the hell" "Well I'm fucked" " Holy Shit" can be used, as you are not punished for using foul language. ** You are punished for attacking players (harassment and flaming) and using highly offensive and harmful phrases that fall under Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, Death Threats and Promoting Self Harm.** Seriously, you don't need to kiss anyone's ass. It's as simple as shutting up and playing the damn game.

That's an incredible reference, but I'd have gone with a Scrubs reference.
Tantram himself has said you don't get punished for swears. I believe he even did a lil swear chain in the post to demonstrate that it's ok to swear but I believe he also differentiated it from insulting/harassing/flaming people.
For example, saying "omg it's been so long since I've played urf that I forgot how fucking horrible it is for certain champs" is OK because it's not a part of some insulting/harassing/flaming context.
However, "omg you are so fucking bad you need to uninstall" is not as the fuck is part of harassing/insulting/flaming someone else that it's mixed in with unacceptable behavior. Although people think swearing gets them punished because that's all they fixate on in their logs... it's really the harassment, insults, and flames that surround and encompass those swears that get someone punished.
