Duo bot lane bullying is starting to become a thing again

I had 2 games in the last two days where I was supposed to be ADC, but the Duo team took it upon themselves to get justice. In the first one, the adc of the duo went top while the support of the duo played one of the worst support games I've ever seen, staying behind me as Alistar. We would have lost that lane regardless, but I had to be my own support and it didn't go well. I was harassed all game and called a multitude of names. I reported them.

We then had another botlane duo today. I wanted jinx ADC. They asked me to switch lanes, I said no. So the adc of the group picked my pick of Jinx, at top lane and their Lux did an okay job of supporting. They harassed me all game long, calling me a dikeboy and saying "if I were the ADC, we would have won". I reported all of these players, but no messages about any punishments, which now dates back to August 2016 since I've gotten one of those.

When is Riot going to take a look at this? It's a really nasty situation as:

• If I dodge, the user doesn't get reported and can ruin games for others. Plus, I lose LP and take a time penalty.

• if I play, I'll get harassed for not following their orders.

• If I play badly, I'll get harassed and blame gamed.

It's something that needs to be looked at it.
