Having leaver buster over something i couldnt control :/

So in this game i recently played i was doing fine until the team fights and just kept spiking up to 500ms every single time causing me to disconnect a ton which for me was kind of suspicious to me, but im not really sure. anyways i'm not really sure what happened that game, but I guess thats what happens when i play riven
