Afks are not punished

i never reported anyone that doesn't deserves a report, but i get notification in less than 1 out of 50 reports. i understand reporting those purposefully trying to lose the game is a hard thing do to.

But this is not about them this is about the people who just sit in the fountain waiting for team to lose. even those people are not punished.

Riot i don't know how you maintain rank integrity if you don't even have some form of quality control. this is just too dis pointing to see people afk to destroy games and get away with it.
