I had a lucian today finish 1/21 because he wanted to "Teach a lesson to us plat scrubs" we had 9 reports and PLEASE tell me 9 reports is enough to get someone banned.

Reporting a player 9 times is not going to carry more weight than a single report against a player. This is to prevent ganging up on a player and getting them punished. You also have to keep in mind that you are asking an automated system to tell the difference between having a bad game, and intentional feeding. I'm not saying the system is perfect, in fact its far from it, but that's how it currently works.

The chat history will do the work, if it was as the OP said it was. Without that, the tribunal can't identify the reported players motive definitively (a fact that has lead to some really illusive griefing behavior that annoys me. Just posted about that in another thread. But what are you gonna do.)

9 reports is same as 1 report. If it was first time doing it, he probably wont get banned.
