Well, if you deleted the email reform card and aren't sure if your 3 months are up or not I suppose you'd have to ask in a Support Ticket. Otherwise, the punishments go in order;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

If you know what you got last and know it hasn't been 3 months you'll know what is next, unless Riot intervenes and manually escalates your punishment for severe behavior.

Afaik it's not simply three month, what matters is how many games you have played (without getting valid reports) since your last punishment.

Playing more games without being toxic will reduce the chances of you being punished, but it won't reduce your punishment tier.

When you get a 14 day account ban, the next in under 3 months would be a perma.

In 3 months your next punishment would instead be a 14 day account ban.

6 months and your next would be a 25 game chat restriction.

9 months and you're back down to 10 games being your next punishment.

No, it takes consistently toxic behavior to get punished. People who get banned are either extremely toxic (racism, homophobia, death threats etc.) or refuse to change even after the many chances already given them. People that refuse to change their behavior and keep ruining the game for others aren't welcome here. If these punishments were deterrent enough, then people would stop before it escalated wouldn't they?

You could just select the experienced player option, that's what I did. A few new players slip through the cracks, but for the most part its all smurfs, so you don't feel too bad about ruining a new players game experience (although I know a lot of people don't care about that).

I have found that staying silent keeps you safe and also pisses them off more. Especially when people try to tell me what to build, like if I'm building AD Darius in normals or ARAM I will just sit back and laugh my ass off while they rage about how I'm building like an idiot and refusing to use chat

Advice from a generally pretty positive player:

Most things in those chat logs, I've felt at one point or another while playing league. Actually, most of those things, I feel on a pretty regular basis.

The reason you're banned and I'm not, is that when I get the urge to say those things, I just keep my fingers away from the enter key. Say it out loud if you need to yell and curse at the monitor. Nobody in your game cares (although people around you IRL might). But if you do that, you won't be ruining anybody's game, and you won't be risking a permaban.

I use the mute button early and often. Basically, if they give an inkling of negativity and I even suspect they're gonna go off on me, I'm not going to hear it.

That's because by the time they yell at me and I KNOW that I want to mute them, I'm already pissed about whatever they said.

Most people wait until they KNOW they want to mute the person. At that point, their game IS already ruined, despite the fact that they can't hear the rager any more.

It seems that ragers simply don't ruin your games for you because it amuses you. That's great, but not how most people feel about it.

"A" is the assist ping. At least it is for me.

Generally a is the command for attack move, as it seems to be for you. Once that attack range shows up if you then left click a spot your character will auto attack the enemy nearest to that point, if there aren't any enemies(or they're out of range) then you'll walk to that spot. It's really helpful as an adc in close fights where you really don't want to accidentally click on the ground instead of the enemies while kiting. It feels weird at first but is well worth it
