This is absolutely ridiculous. Toxic people, griefing, afk's. You guys are not doing near enough to show that you care about the community of this game. I used to enjoy playing this game, but i just can't stand it anymore, and it's not for lack of fun of the game its self. It's the people and the very apparent lackadaisical attitude towards the blatant rude, unsportsmanlike players that are continually allowed to play this game. Accounts should be banned for toxic behavior, 0 tolerance. It has gotten to that point where that extreme needs to be taken.

they do take care of them, you just don't see it in effect cos the visibility on the system is poor. I.E you only see the punishment notification if the game you reported someone in is the same game that got them punished, and not when it is building towards the case.

Toxicity is actually is at its all-time low, but the visibility on the system is also on its all time low. Which means people feel like that the system isn't working.

The good thing is that Riot acknowledges that the visibility is lacking and working on a fix. The downside is that we won't see it until after the new client is up and running smoothly.
