Player Support needs a "Report a Player" tab.

We've all seen the post, "How do I report out of game?". I say it's fair to assume 1/100 people have this question, but don't ask it. Reporting a player in Player Support should be as easy as selecting "Report a Player" as a ticket type. Right now, you need to go through several sections to reach "General Questions". Most people would not know to report players here. Adding a report section would likely increase out of game reports significantly, which means less toxicity for league as a whole.

Seems logical. Reports are designed for the post-game lobby, but there are plenty of reasons why that isn't possible.

Yeah but Player Support doesn't generally care about those things, they'll tell most people to go report the player in-game :/

They even moved the feedback to forums as too many people followed Riot original suggestion to report certain kind of behavior to support. I think Riot support cannot do anything at all. Rumors of former Riot Support people seems to confirm this. They can only tell "we are working on this, but cannot give you details" while nothing is done.

The current Tribunal system is not enough to take care of players who blatantly say they do not think Riot will punish them, and will continue breaking rules with new account. Such violation's of EULA and summoner's code should be handled by Support, but apparently there was too much work load from toxic community. Better kill the messengers than do anything to the problem.
