I was honor 4. I got my first ban/restriction EVER (after 5 years of playing). It was only a 10 game chat restriction (3 chats per game) Now my honor is locked at level one!? I get honors and S ranks all the time and now I cannot receive awards? Seems a bit steep to me. Thoughts?

The whole system is inconsistent yet RIOT think's it's the greatest thing in gaming. It sucks but this is the BS we have to deal with.
But you can troll, afk, dc, leave games, intentionally feed and do pretty much whatever you want and have a very minimal chance to have anything at all happen to your account.
That's how friggin stupid this system is.
you can still receive keys after your honors progress gets unlocked.
