So, i was gonna play bard jg, the supp clearly knows this, they were gonna go leona, then they took bard from me, thinking i could trade them i went leona, then they declined all trades untill the last second, but when i clicked accept it didn't register leaving me with leona jg. (not that its not good, i just wanted to have a fun bard game)

It is not punishable in Summoner's code, but we have several cases proving Summoner's code has not been any basis for bans for quite a while.

You are valid target for trolling report with such behavior. Trollign reports are valid regardless what you do. ONly their number matters.

Unless you know that they're purposefully doing it just to spite you then no it's not reportable.

If they took it from you specifically to mess with you, yes. If they took it from you because they also wanted it and they were first in pick order, no.

The problem is that a report for that would only be valid if you have them talking about it in chat, because there is no way to tell from what you're saying if they actually wanted it or not. Yes, it looks fishy, but that's not really going to cut it unless he/she has a pretty decent history of doing similar things in other games.
