LOL best part is whoever continues to that behavior will just delay the loot coming their way.
In other words, they themselves better get down on their knees in front of Riot and suck some before telling Riot to do; they definitely will have to if they want the loot so much.

Some toxic players never learn and really, them just not earning loot is just a way of Riot perpetually telling them their assholes before they're inevitably banned.

I've had multiple chat restrictions and 3 suspensions (on the same account) yet i'm earning loot just fine.
I have this message, too. It is odd, because in the Crafting Launch article, it was clearly stated that loot-earning is re-enabled once restrictions expire.
well i have the same problem from 10 game chat restriction and that was a long time ago and it still has that penalty on me which i can see why he is mad, i get tilted when i get a s rating and i cant earn my loot for something that was a long time ago. Its kinda sad how riot had to place this mechanic into the game when the behavior system is failure ( its a machine)
Even without behavioral restrictions, its not like you can get keys. They are more rare than someone who doesn't hate teemo
