GoleBilon1 votesi dont think it works like that , i've read multiple times on this boards that riot support does not open cases against people , if you send them visual proof they can only add it to already opened case which you do by reporting after the game.
I may be wrong tho cause its just what i ead on boards

They usually only handle cases where it's something that either cannot be reported using the post-game lobby, or where it's something that requires a ticket to submit the screenshot. As far as trolling, I doubt they will open a case on it. Since that is something that would be handled in the lobby report screen.
