Can I Get Banned For Being AFK in Aram?
2 Hours ago I queued up for an aram and my power went off during the loading screen. Im pretty sure i got bombarded with reports. Is there a chance i can get banned or suspended for this?

You can get banned for afk'ing, but only after a history of repeated afks. If you've had a recent 20 minute Low Priority Queue, it's possible. Otherwise, just try not to afk in the future/ensure you have a good connection.
If AFKing isn't a habit of yours, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Once every couple of months, I've ended up afking out of games because Comcast likes to do surprise maintenance. Not to mention all of the BugSplats that have come with this most recent season.
TLDR: Don't make a habit of bailing on games and you should be fine.
You'd have to have a serious habit of doing it for the system to actually ban you for it. You may find yourself int a LeaverBuster punishment, they begin with 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 20 minutes Low Priority Queues. You should be able to tell by trying to log back in to the client to see if you have an alert about whether a punishment was issued or not.
You can get a LeaverBuster Penalty, up to and including a permaban depending on how bad / how often you afk.
Personally, it's not worth it what with low priority queue. Power outages you can't really help, other than if you know your connection to the energy grid is sketcy you might to fire up minecraft instead of league of legends.
