Speaking in all chat or team chat as well as time stamps should be added as well as both teams chat.
I am going to add to the logs context. Gonna add time stamp to when it matters and im gonna say when using all chat. Let us see if it changes the amount of toxicity in the logs. Please read all the notes.
Game 1 The only game where anything actually close to toxic was said.

We won this game after i stopped being toxic 7 minutes in and started being nice.
Game 2 Game with kayn our jungler torlling because he didnt like i picked ez top and we had 2 people dc for a minute or 2 and didnt remake

(After this they focused and we won. No it is not toxic to let people know you are muting and reporting them, it helps them realize they are doing something wrong and being a jerk. They stopped we won.)

My repeatedly telling them to ward got them to ward i reminded them when it was off cooldown my telling them they where muted focused them turning a loss into a win.
Yes context does matter so do time stamps on words, they show that people may realize they are being jerks and fix it. It shows that when you something in all chat but read it as if its in team chat it can change from looking like harassment to looking like a friendly ribbing.
Riot needs to understand context DOES matter and add time stamps. It changes dramatically how things look in the game.
this resulted in a 14 day suspension. It is ridiculous that something so mild can get you punished when in most of your games you are nice just for messing up a few times. Especially when a lot of toxic behavior is not actually toxic but misunderstood.
