Every low level game ever.
This happens 5/10 games, where someone gets autofilled in level 10 draft pick, so they intentionally feed, say "I'm going mid", and ruin the game for everyone else. It also happens in low level blind pick all the fucking time, because players just get perma banned off their mains, so this is how they "get revenge". The Garen and Leblanc were also a duo, literally hard int'd mid lane and would vote no to FF's every time they were thrown up.
Thank god they'll get banned and do it again, cause ID bans aren't possible.

Yes, they both got restricted one way or another, whether it being through toxicity from in game chat or intentionally feeding, doesn't change the fact that they wasted 25 minutes of my time. https://i.imgur.com/eVvj4fy.png
I honestly feel so bad for anyone who's new to League of Legends, they have to experience this shit until level 20 or so because that's when every severely toxic player gets banned. It doesn't help that these players are literally allowed to get banned and instantly make a new account seconds later.
The 2 inters kept spamming "IDC REPORT ME LMAO I HAVE 10 OTHER ACCOUNTS TO PLAY ON" "BETA MALE SOYBOY", which further on dictates my point that permabans are literally meaningless. People aren't even scared of them.
EDIT:
The sheer amount that this Garen has inted is beyond me, look at this guys. How the fuck has this guy not been banned yet? I even checked if he was playing a game, and he is right now, even after the instant feedback.
