That feeling When.. A little bit of faith is restored.
Just got out of a Bittersweet Ranked match. We had one of the worst, most selfish, concieted, arrogant trolls in our match. our mid laner velkoz was verbally abusive almost right from the beginning. Didnt help jungler but happy to Blame jungler when it was convenient. Didnt call MIA but happy to flame the other lanes when they forget the call MIA (while dealing with mid laner's champ). This velkoz was one of those players who thought themselves a "God-tier" player. Everyone else was below him so it was ok for him to verbally abuse them and spit on them. He woudlnt call MIA but when he got killed, He started going off on a preschool tantrum, DEMANDING the entire team appoligize and beg for his forgiveness. Of course when the team -refused- to cater to his ego. He decided to feed the other team before afking in the base and hurling more insults. Even After we lost because of his flaming and feeding (and telling everyone else how god awful pathetic they were) He still went off on his team in the post game.
He bragged about how he would Never be punished, never be banned, etc...Because he had never been punished before. His antics were caught on video and amazingly enough, after all the detailed reports, the team hadnt even left the Lobby when we got the notification
"due to recent reports, a negative player has been punished....."
It was actually a good feeling, and I felt a small flicker of faith trying to spark up inside me. I lost too many games due to these selfish players who only care about themselves. As a support player I do my best to help the team. Velkoz was only interested in helping himself, while exporting blame onto the rest of the team (anything that went wrong with his game, it was the teams fault, Nothing he did)
But yeah, just a quick thought, a bit of faith returned.
and a Quick reminder. League is a TEAM game, Your actions have echoing effects on your team. If you want to play a game where you can run solo, League is not the right game for you. (thats just my opinion) Its like chess, If all you care about is How many enemy pawns YOU captured (your kills), you lose sight of the checkmate (Nexus)
