That people are allowed to use that as a name shouldn't even be an option.

There is a filter, it's just not perfect. An overly sensitive filter causes more problems than letting them do it and fixing it afterwards.

Like not being able to use the name "basement" because it has "semen" in it? Not sure if it is still like that...but was at one time lol.

I don't think the system actively tracks names.

Just filters them when you create one. Which is why we have the option to report people for their names.

Also, I guess it could be "N- - -a Life", I don't think Riot autoblocks that spelling.
