Mute them.
Personally, from someone with ADHD and depression, I keep a note/idea next to me to remind me what my goal is. So whenever I am being targeted or trolled, I can remember what my role in the match is and just play it, underatanding that I alone cannot change the outcome 9 other people helped influence. Also Muting and allowing yourself the peace of mind that their words are only there until the post-game screen.
Mute them and they can't do anything to you.
stay calm and win
laugh at them. Anyone who rages and bullies you in a video game doesn't deserve the time of day from you.
No need to even respond to them in chat though. Lots of these trolls feed on your anger. Don't feed the trolls and maybe they will go away.
I didn't pick a choice that you gave me, generally I like to ask myself. Why are these people saying this things, and I try be sympathetic to them. Without expressing myself, because communicating with other players is just asking for trouble nowadays, I have had a single game without someone getting reported for about a week. Which is well above 30 games.
Think selfish and imagine the world revolving around yourself, would a king like you humor such low insults. Or would u brush them off, like that which they are.

I posted this for someone else looking for help in avoiding bans:
** Some of the ways I've avoided getting punished:**
Type stuff out, remind myself it's not worth the risk to my account, and hit Escape instead of Enter.
If I'm getting flamed, I mute the player (so I don't have to see their insults) and use the mute post game as a reminder to report them.
If I get frustrated to the point I'm too distracted to play well, I'll do something else for a bit: Read a funny story, grab a snack, play a different game, etc.
Music can have a huge impact on moods, so I try to keep to music that is neutral (Instrumentals such as classical or orchestral soundtracks)-positive (Songs with a positive message). If that doesn't work, I'll switch my playlist to something relaxing (New Age, Trance). The trick is figuring out how different styles affect you and use that to help get you into a better mindset.
Note: This is my prefered method for keeping cool during games. Right now, one of my favorite Pandora stations is one seeded off Lindsey Stirling. It's instramental-heavy, has a lot of video game covers, and the style is generally fast-paced and high energy without bringing the kind of harsh, angry tones some other popular gaming music can have.
Some things I haven't done personally, but I've heard has helped other people:
Scream at your monitor, assuming you don't live with someone who would mind. Riot only checks what is typed and sent, so screaming your lungs out will, at worst, make you horse.
Have something next you you can punch. A pillow, a ragbag, just something you can physically pummel without causing any damage.
Muting everyone as soon as the game starts. Yeah, you might miss out on some of the things other people say, but if you get triggered by the chat, an inability to see it could help.
Remove the Enter key. Yeah, it's one of the most extreme methods of avoiding further punishment, but if it works, it works, right?
Please give me more ideas.[slayer-jinx-catface]
Thanks for the advice everyone.
