@Riot, please help

My friend Soltis was just permabanned and I am asking, as someone that can vouch for the good heartedness of this person, for my friend's account be restored.

Mind you, I have never person in real life, but heck, this guy was even politly asking our qued team to refrain from vulgar profanitis over the microphone, as they have children. The others' response was rude and brash, but he kept his cool despite frustrating situations.

Riot, please, from the bottom of your heart, restore my friends' permaban. They are a nice, honorable person who doesn't deserve a permaban. Thank you.

If they were perma banned then they have been punished in the past and continued to not show reform. If you think that the punishment was in error the only thing that they can do is submit a support ticket.

Was the permaban due to toxicity? If So, riot will not unban the account. If it was for unknown reasons, he may be able to contest it.

If you are still in touch with him, see if you can get more details from him.

Lol I wonder why he got permabanned... the fact he did, leads me to believe he's a huge hypocrite who only selfishly protects his children, while insulting other children. But I don't know the full story, so I'll hold off on the judgement xD
