This behavior is why you need a SOLO queue and not this Duo / Solo Queue

So yesterday while i was in a game. i had a player literally Advertising that he was a Diamond Smurf and he was accepting payment IN order to boost accounts in league of legends not by playing them but by Duo queing with players in order to boost them

he advertised in and out of post game chats and during the game.

He even insisted with links to your forums that show where you guys have approved of this because as long as players don't play other players accounts for money then its not against the rules.

well this is total bull shit.

This is the Very reason why your ranking system blow. and you need to remove this Solo Duo queue.. and just make a Straight up Solo queue. Because players shouldn't be able to get a artificial boost, in ranked.. this also causes issues with duo queue trollers. or people duo queuing and getting placed in a higher ranking cause they are playing with a friend.

example - a Duo queue bronze 4's Suddenly getting placed in a silver 5 match and both not knowing what they are doing.
