Zyra Bot??

So I just played vs a zyra who had a auto seed placer when she would use any move it would place both seeds at the exact same time as her move hit the tgt. Has anyone else ran into this. I recorded it and submitted to riot but its my first time seeing it. I mean I get with e its slow and you can place the seeds as it moves but she only laid them as the connected with the tgt and both at exactly the same time.
