Tired of people crying

So was in a norm and the enemy adc didn't load in for about 4 mins or so... so I was playing support and thought I would leave my adc to get solo xp and cs and look for ganks no need to really gang up in a norm. After 3-4 mins solo in lane I come back when their adc comes into lane and see my adc with 15 cs. I simply said "if you are having a hard time csing try doing some drills in bots it will help". In return I got told I was a toxic piece of shit and shouldn't be gold... the whole team jumps on me saying don't be mean etc. A simple suggestion turns into this big deal, and I was just trying to give some advice. I don't understand why it seems EVERYONE is so damn defensive. The game before our lee sin had the new cc shield mastery and I said they changed masteries a little I don't think lee works well with that mastery since he has no cc might want to change it next game and I again am TOXIC... People if someone tries to give you some advice that is not toxic thats them trying to help. I get you suck etc is toxic but saying hey you are getting ganked a lot bot try to buy a sightstone early next time if that happens isn't toxic. Stop being so defensive and just take the advice and move on.

telling people to go play bots is toxic though it is just a passive way to tell them that they are bad item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 also, the new cc mastery actually is good on lee sin if the player knows how to ward hop and kick because it gives a shield for each enemy champion nearby

It's probably because it's text, and it's sometimes hard to tell who is giving legitimate advice, and who is being a passive aggressive dickhead.

And while I am giving you the benefit of the doubt, most of this board is unsympathetic to these kinds of post because too many times someone has said, "I politely said they should focus on getting CS", and then a chat log gets showed where the person actually said, "OMG, you fucking stupid ni**er, learn how to last hit you piece of trash. Kill yourself, seriously". Again, I'm not saying you said that, but people have just become used to that being par for the course.

Also, honestly, if you said exactly what you said, exactly how you said you did, and people crawled all up your ass, all you can really do is explain you didn't mean it as an insult, apologize, and just mute them if they continue jumping all over your shit, then report them for being toxic. Toxicity is more than just you screwing up and someone blasting you. It can also be when you try to guide your teammates with positive words, and get met with, "STFU %%%got, no one cares". When you run into people like that, there's almost nothing you can do that is going to suddenly turn them into a joy to be around, so again, either ignore them or mute them, do your best to win the game, and report them.

Bots don't really give the challenge that playing against people does. If this was a normal then he's at the right place to practice and it is solo q, you'll get yelled at for anything, helping him by not telling him his mechanics are bad would be better. For instance as a support tell him "let me do the harassing and you just farm up' a bad adc that gets an ie and an atkspd item will be better than a bad adc with boots and 2 dorans swords.
