Re-posted in PB&M since a Riot Bot thought it was a good idea to remove my post for no reason. Already filed a complaint with Riot Support. THIS POST IS NOT TO BE REMOVED SINCE THIS IS THE EXACT DISCUSSION YOU TOLD ME TO CREATE IT IN, RIOT BOT. IF THIS GETS REMOVED, I WILL HAVE A RIOTER ON THIS CASE AND A FULL APOLOGY POSTED TO THE BOARDS.

Original Post: So, because I had a chat restriction like a full month ago, before Hextech Crafting was even PBE, I'm no longer allowed to earn loot drops. What?! Aren't currently-punished players the ones that aren't allowed to receive drops?

This has to be a bug, glitch, or error on Riot's side.

New Post: Pretty much the same as the OP. Is anyone else having problems with this Hextech system?

10 game restrictions tag you toxic for 3 months.

25 game restrictions for 6 months.

2 week restrictions for 9 months.

You can still play Ranked but the tag still stays for the time being until you've fully reformed.

There are 4 tiers of punishment. 10 chat, 25 chat, 14 day ban, perma ban. You go down a tier after 3 months of good behavior.

BUMP yes I am also experiencing this bug. The update's FAQ said that if you currently have chat restrictions or a ban you cant earn rewards but that once you complete reform you are eligible again. I had a 10 game chat restriction a while back but completed the reform. It shouldn't be stopping me from getting rewards.

Lol Riot Bot. I dont think a bot can understand the intention behind a post enough to deem its in the wrong section thats definitely a rioter. unless riot has several million-billion pre programed phrases linked to certain sections which i doubt seeing as the south east cost still gets lag and dc and cant write lore but once in every 3-6 months

this is absolute bs i understand what you are doing but 3 months for your first time jesus as much time and money ive put into this game and this is how im treated for having to deal with toxic players that riot for some reason wont deal with.
