50% of my last 20 games have either been a Remake or a 4 v 5

Do you think if Riot banned less people for poor behavior these 4v5's and remakes would just suddenly not happen?
I'm also pretty skeptical that you're having 4v5s + remakes in such frequency. It's obviously not on the account you're posting on so which account is this happening?
Edit: Besides, a remake is the preferable situation compared to a 4v5. Would you prefer to be forced to play out the 4v5? Because that's the only real choice.
Actually, hes not wrong. I literally just played 2 ranked games in a row which had people who quit and/or AFKed. I came to the boards to complain and saw this post. I would say this season, ** at least** 25% of my ranked games had people who left or AFKed. Early in the season, it was much higher. There was a large string of games where almost half the games were 4v5. Riot also does not punish people for quitting. Heck, Ive reported people I play with often for quitting and I know they receive no punishment, as I can see them continue to play. Sure, if you do it consistently, Riot will give you an increased queue time. Heavens no! I have to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes for 5 or 10 games to queue. FFS, they are sitting at a computer! They can watch YouTube or browse the web till the queue pops. The ONLY time I have seen Riot hand out a serious ban, was when a guy I knew personally was caught for hacking RP. When you steal virtual money from Riot, then they actually do something. He was banned for a year, in which he just mildly annoyed and simply created another account.
