I recently received a 10 game chat restriction about two weeks ago. It was my first offense, and my behavior was out of line; however, it was my first offense and I am learning from it. I would like to know if I will ever be eligible for rewards at all, or is my account restricted from these rewards permanently? I'm cool with whatever either way, but does Riot intend to permanently punish me for my first mistake I've made?

This wasn't the point at all I was trying to get across. They don't want assholes in their game, and this is probably a good method of encouraging better behavior. Please improve your attitude and you will win more games and have a better time in League.

Actually according to this red post there is no specific time frame for a summoner to reform. You need to play games and not have more valid reports filed against you. Get out there and prove you deserve FREE goodies. Read the link for more.
