I recently received a 10 game chat restriction about two weeks ago. It was my first offense, and my behavior was out of line; however, it was my first offense and I am learning from it. I would like to know if I will ever be eligible for rewards at all, or is my account restricted from these rewards permanently? I'm cool with whatever either way, but does Riot intend to permanently punish me for my first mistake I've made?

Your toxicity level goes down 3 months after your restriction. You'll most likely regain the ability to do Hextech Crafting then.

Actually according to this red post there is no specific time frame for a summoner to reform. You need to play games and not have more valid reports filed against you. Get out there and prove you deserve FREE goodies. Read the link for more.
