Highly doubt that you received a 14 day ban for ONE game.
Ok I see no reason to immediately doubt you. Try to get your hands on the recording and upload the replay here(via youtube). That way you might get this post to the top as a false positive from the feeding system.

Your average deaths/game is rather high (15, 16, 14, 9, 10, 4, 10, 9, 6, and 7 for your last ten games, for an average of 10 deaths/game), so you've probably got a pattern of being reported for inting. However, playing bad is not punishable, and Riot has, in the past, overturned bans if the player can prove they're not inting. _ Save any replays you have for review,_ particularly of the last few games.
Consider playing more conservatively, though. You tend to contribute a lot of gold to the enemy's coffers.
Have you sent in a support ticket? Based on your match history you punishment isn't justifiable.
Also, the fact that you died 15 times in a 23 minute game (1.5 deaths per minute) is probably a good indicator that there was some form of intent in the deaths. If you look at your other games you die 16 times in a 43 minute game, 14 times in a 50 minute game, etc.
I know this was a mistake and you got your ban lifted... this is not directed towards you.
People only get a 14 day ban for intentionally feeding?! That shit should be immediate permaban, given that there's a solid case of inting. If they're sure that you intentionally fed, they should ban your account forever. There's no excuse for that shit. Pure troll. Gtfo if you int.
