Just a general spew of thoughts after a pretty crappy experience.

I want to keep this short but still just vent a bit about an honestly bothersome problem in the League playerbase. The general toxicity of League is one thing, in-game aggravation is nothing unique to LoL solely, but anytime a single person being continually harassed throughout the course of an entire game it's tilting for everyone and honestly just straight rude. Any time I personally have been in a game with it, I'll usually speak up for whoever it is, so long as they don't deserve it. (I stay silent if it's just back and forth bickering.) Though having now really undergone the sheer amount of effort someone will put into bringing you down during a game, it's a really shitty feeling. (And granted, sure, right now specifically I have been awake for over 24 hours and am still awake solely from caffeine, but the point still stands.)

Now don't get me wrong, League of Legends can 150% be a frustrating, and beyond angering, game. I'm not here to be one of those people who say getting bothered is wrong in general. No, that's not right entirely; sure League is a game at the end of the day, but it's still a PvP, competitive game that most players strive to do good at and win. No matter what aspect it is in life, disappointment and slight failure will always be a bummer. And so therefore sometimes if someone get's a little too human-y and make some snide comments, it's whatever. We've all been camped before in lane and I don't want to hear a single person say that isn't bothersome. When it's only 12 minutes in but that J4 has been in your lane's nearby brush 13 times, sometimes we let loose and make a comment about the enemy laner unable to win lane without the jungler's constant help. Not something we've all experienced specifically I'm sure but both understandable and seen enough to get what I'm referring to.

(Final chunk here lol; thank you for bearing with me through this if anyone actually does.) But to just quick overall wrap this up; getting annoyed sometimes is only human and it happens to the best of us. But never should you just divert your entire attention to continuously harassing and pestering someone based solely off your current bad mood. Doing so is just making it more likely to lose your game, preventing you personally from playing right because you're spending more time typing then playing, probably tilting your teammates, for sure tilting the person you won't leave alone, and honestly worst of all is that you're keeping yourself in a bad mood by just not letting whatever go, moving past it and just focusing on what needs to be done.

Thank you to whoever read that all. I know tis just my simple opinion on the matter and that no one probably cares (or maybe even so far as there was no point to typing this all even), but both I just wanted to honestly vent some as well as maybe just, throw something out there for peeps who get it, you know? That's all though; thank you again for your time and just stay respectful out there on the Rift.

Oh god, that's not short at all. I should just get some sleep at this point.

You're absolutely right on so many parts. Most of the time, it is better to just stay silent and report any offenders at the end of the game. But it does still feel pretty lame. That's why I usually end up muting everyone in nearly all of my games. It's a lot less stressful that way. :)
