Yesterday i played with and against two diffirent players from diffirent matches ,which i won't be mentioning their names or their champs, they were extremely toxic , and by that i mean they were legit flaming EVERYONE since the begining, and then going legit trolling and inting afterwards.

The problem is when i looked up their profile today, they are still playing even after being reported by both ennemy and ally teams, left unbanned for being SO TOXIC for probably not just that game i am pretty sure they did the same in other matches and were obviously reported by 2+ players for that.

They don't, but respond to one and see how you fare.

Riot's system of punishment is based on reaction, not action.

If they fed, but didn't type in-game, the system isn't going to spot them for a very long time. You can even send Riot video of the person intentionally feeding or trolling and they still won't punish them.

Depends on which way you are "toxic" and how often you do it. Chat will get people punished and banned very quickly, but if they were trolling/inting its very unlikely.

if they said something even slightly offensive (racist things etc) just sent a ticket to riot support complaining about how much it offended and effected you and trust me they will be banned like that, even better if they said kys to anyone you can easily get them baaned for that

I always thought it was a myth that Riot banned toxic players. You always hear about it through the grapevine, but it never seems to actually happen. I've reported about 4 extremely racist rants in chat and so far, nothing.

As being a prior toxic player, I can assure you 100% that they have what’s coming to them in the works very very soon - give it a day at most and look back. Sometimes it takes Riot a while to investigate the whole situation and then they’ll ban accordingly. People are usually toxic due to random personal triggers as well as an unfamiliarity with how to handle anger and turn it into positive vibes - that is something I’m still working on with my newest account to reform as a player and better myself as a person. You’d be surprised how hard Zoe is early on to get down right 😱 But do not fear; Riot does a phenomenal job at punishing those that deserve it.

I've had to consistently report people in pretty much 85-90% of my games for cheating (botting), or essentially being toxic towards others (like literally telling someone to kill themselves), and so far, I've only had 3 confirmed notifications that my reporting is doing something. Most of my reports are of botting, but come on, Jagex was able to get rid of 90-95% of bots (though, at the cost of their community numbers. Though, it can be argued that their loyal playerbase stayed for the long haul), can't Riot do something similar?

I'm pretty sure that they're super backed up in their reports because of the sheer volume of people reporting on what seems to be a near daily basis, which doesn't really look good for Riot and the League community.
