Can you please do something about all these bought/boosted accounts?

i am so sick of going into games with people who bought their account.

Some people will say "Oh they just wanted to enjoy the game without taking the time to get to 30."

While this is one problem it causes that is not the larger issue here.

When you have people who buy accounts they come into the game in an ELO they cannot compete with because they are new. This causes people to be playing in ranked games with people far above what their rank SHOULD be. It is the same problem that boosting causes.

Is anything ever done to boosters or bought accounts? Nope.

Just to see if Riot actually does anything I have reported a specific account that I know 100% is a purchased account (not revealing my sources). I have been keeping track of this account over the past 7 months (beginning of June) to see if anything has ever been done about it. I also report it at the beginning of every month in a support ticket and always get the same automated response.

I have put in enough time monitoring this account to know Riot does not punish these accounts.

I just want to know why and if anything will ever be done about it.
